This Privacy Policy applies to websites, applications, support channels, and other online services operated by Hyndle Labs Ltd. that link to this policy, including hyndle.app (which also serves the /register path) and doc.hyndle.app (together, the “Services”).

For applicable data protection law, Hyndle Labs Ltd. is the controller of personal information processed for the operation of the Services. Public blockchain networks operate independently and are not controlled by Hyndle.

• Wallet and blockchain data: public wallet addresses, signatures used to authenticate, transaction hashes, token ownership, resolver records, and other information visible on public blockchains.
• Reservation and account data: requested names, reservation status, selected registration duration, authentication events, and preferences associated with your session.
• Transaction data: protocol fee amounts, timestamps, network identifiers, contract events, confirmations, and transaction status. We do not collect or have access to your wallet private keys or seed phrase.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, referring pages, timestamps, error logs, security signals, and usage events.
• Communications: information you submit when requesting support, reporting a security issue, subscribing to updates, or otherwise contacting us.
• Administrative data: for authorised personnel only, login records, audit logs, role information, and security events necessary to protect restricted systems.

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your use of the Services, from wallet providers you choose to connect, from public blockchain networks, and from service providers supporting hosting, security, analytics, communications, and fraud prevention.

A wallet signature used for sign-in proves control of an address at that time. It does not disclose your private key and does not authorise Hyndle to transfer assets unless the signed message or transaction expressly states otherwise.

We process information to provide and secure the Services, authenticate users, process reservations, verify blockchain payments and mints, display ownership information, prevent duplicate or abusive activity, respond to support requests, maintain audit records, comply with law, enforce our terms, and improve reliability.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on performance of a contract, steps taken at your request, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Services, or your consent. You may withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis, without affecting prior lawful processing.

Base and other public blockchains are transparent and generally immutable. Transactions, wallet addresses, names, ownership history, resolver records, and NFT metadata written on-chain may remain publicly available indefinitely. Hyndle cannot erase, alter, or make private information recorded on a public blockchain.

A public wallet address may become associated with you through your own disclosures, blockchain analytics, third-party services, or other activity. Do not publish personal or confidential information in on-chain records.

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage for authentication, security, transaction recovery, preferences, and core functionality. With your consent, we also use optional analytics technologies, which are never required to reserve, pay for, or mint a name.

Our Cookie Policy explains these technologies in full and how to change your selection through the “Cookie settings” control available in the Services.

We may share information with infrastructure, cloud hosting, database, RPC, security, analytics, customer-support, email, professional-adviser, and compliance providers to the extent reasonably necessary for their services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the Services, in connection with a corporate reorganisation, or with your direction or consent.

We do not sell private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials. Hyndle will never ask you to disclose a seed phrase.

Our providers and personnel may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use recognised contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers. The applicable mechanism will depend on our governing jurisdiction (to be published, see the notice above), the destination, and the service provider involved.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including security, dispute resolution, accounting, regulatory compliance, and enforcement. Retention periods vary by data type. Security and audit records may be retained longer where necessary to protect the protocol and its users.

Public blockchain data is maintained by the relevant network and is outside our retention controls.

We use administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect information under our control. No internet service, smart contract, wallet, or storage system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your wallet, devices, passwords, recovery materials, and authentication factors.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. These rights may be limited by law, security requirements, legal claims, or the immutable nature of public blockchain data.

The Services are not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher, to use transactional features of the Services.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in law, technology, or the Services. The “Last updated” date identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
