Trademark Guidelines
These guidelines explain how the Hyndle name, symbol, wordmark, and other brand elements may be used by the community, partners, and developers.
Last updated: August 18, 2026
1. Hyndle marks
“Hyndle”, the Hyndle wordmark, the geometric Hyndle symbol, product names, slogans, visual identity, and related source identifiers are trademarks or trade dress of Hyndle Labs Ltd. or its licensors (the “Hyndle Marks”). These guidelines do not transfer ownership of any Hyndle Mark.
2. Uses allowed without separate permission
You may use the Hyndle word mark in plain text to truthfully describe compatibility, integration, community discussion, news, education, or your ownership of a Hyndle name, provided the use is accurate and does not imply endorsement.
You may use unmodified official assets to link to an official Hyndle service or to identify a genuine Hyndle integration. Keep the mark secondary to your own brand and include a clear statement that your product is independent when confusion is possible.
3. Uses requiring written permission
- using a Hyndle Mark in your company, product, token, domain, application, event, or service name;
- merchandise, paid advertising, sponsorship, commercial campaigns, or physical goods featuring a Hyndle Mark;
- altered, animated, combined, or derivative versions of the Hyndle symbol or wordmark;
- any use suggesting an official partnership, certification, audit, endorsement, or affiliation; and
- registering a Hyndle Mark or confusingly similar term as a trademark, company name, social handle, domain, or blockchain name.
4. Prohibited uses
Do not use Hyndle Marks in connection with fraud, phishing, malware, unlawful activity, misleading financial claims, impersonation, harassment, or content that damages the integrity of the Hyndle ecosystem. Do not use the marks in a way that is deceptive, obscene, defamatory, or likely to confuse users about the source of a product or service.
5. Visual integrity
- Use only official artwork supplied on the Brand page.
- Do not stretch, rotate, redraw, crop, outline, add effects, or change the proportions of the symbol.
- Do not place the mark on a background that reduces legibility.
- Maintain clear space around the symbol equal to at least one quarter of its displayed width.
- Do not combine the mark with another logo or place it inside a new badge without written approval.
- Do not imitate Hyndle’s overall interface or trade dress in a way that could make an independent service appear official.
6. Naming an integration
Prefer descriptive wording such as “Works with Hyndle”, “Hyndle-compatible”, or “Integration for Hyndle”. Do not use formulations such as “Hyndle Official”, “Hyndle Verified”, or “Hyndle Partner” unless we have granted that status in writing.
7. Open-source software
An open-source licence for Hyndle code does not automatically grant rights to Hyndle Marks. You may accurately identify the origin of unmodified code, but a fork or modified distribution must use a distinct name and branding unless written permission says otherwise.
8. Attribution and goodwill
Where practical, include: “Hyndle is a trademark of Hyndle Labs Ltd. This project is independent and is not endorsed by Hyndle.” All goodwill arising from permitted use of Hyndle Marks benefits their owner.
9. Enforcement and permission requests
We may revoke permission where a use creates confusion, security risk, legal exposure, or harm to the brand. We reserve all rights not expressly granted. Permission requests and reports of suspected misuse may be sent to info@hyndle.app. Include mock-ups, intended channels, territory, duration, and whether the use is commercial.
